Bihar Sakshamta Exam 2024: Bihar School Education Board (BSEB) has started the competency examination from today i.e. 26th February, which will be conducted till 6th March at 52 computer centers located in 9 districts of the state. Today was the first day of examination. The competency test was conducted in two shifts. The first shift was conducted from 10 am to 12:30 pm and the second shift from 3 pm to 5:30 pm. Let us tell you, a total of 2,32,190 teachers have applied for this examination. Let us know how was the exam on the first day and what reactions the candidates gave regarding the question paper.
Sunita Kumari, who participated in the examination, said, “The competency test conducted for teachers was very good. The questions were not difficult, but they cannot be called easy either, whereas our Chief Minister had said that this is a minor test, but it is not so.” “Standard questions were asked in the exam.”
Rashmi Kumari, a teacher who participated in the exam, said, “The exam was not an easy one, now what is written in the exam will be known after the result is declared. The questions were asked in a roundabout way and were difficult. In such a situation, I was not able to understand what to write.” Now all the answers to the questions in the exam have been ticked in the name of God. Now what will happen, what will not happen. I don’t know whether we will pass or not.
Another candidate Neelam Singh said, “The question paper was not trivial. The standard of questions was good. Looking at the exam questions, it seems that 80% of the candidates will pass.”
This is the exam pattern
For teachers of classes 1 to 5, there will be 30 questions in Language), 40 in General Studies and 80 questions in General Subject. Whereas for teachers of class 6 to 8, there will be 30 questions in language, 40 in General Studies and 80 questions in related subjects. For teachers of classes 9 to 10, there will be 30 questions in language, 40 in General Studies and 80 questions in related subjects. For teachers of class 11 to 12, there will be 30 questions in language, 40 in General Studies and 80 questions in related subjects.
Let us tell you, there will be no negative marking in the BSEB Competency Test exam. That means no marks will be deducted for giving wrong answers. Each question in the exam will carry 1 mark. To pass the exam, general category candidates need 40% marks, backward class (BC) 36.5%, extremely backward class 34% marks, SC-ST category 32 marks, disabled category 32% marks. And for female candidates, they have to score 32% marks.
