Newly appointed teachers will be posted in rural schools
Village schools will be given priority in the posting of newly appointed teachers. Reports received from the districts show that the ratio of teachers to students is less in schools located in rural areas as compared to cities. In view of this, the department has taken this decision. Accordingly, preparations are underway to allot schools to newly appointed teachers.
According to the information received from the department, all the posts of teachers of class 9th-10th have been given to those upgraded secondary schools which are established in rural areas. At the same time, most of the posts of teachers of class 11th and 12th are also vacant in schools of rural areas. The situation is more or less the same in primary schools also.
At the same time, on the recommendation of the District Education Officer, postings will also be made in the schools of the city. However, these will be those schools where students are more and teachers are very less. Accordingly, names of schools and subject wise posts are being uploaded in the software. Names of teachers will also be recorded.
