BPSC TRE: School allotment, distribution of appointment letters from November 11, certificate scrutiny begins

In Bihar teacher recruitment, teachers will get appointment letters along with school allotment from 11th November. Instructions regarding this were given on Tuesday. In the districts where verification of the current status of vacancy, student enrolment, attendance and number of teachers in schools has been done, the process of giving appointment letters will be done first. Before giving the original appointment letter, the certificates of the candidates will also be checked. The director has given orders regarding this. The process regarding this has been started at the district level.

All the certificates of newly appointed teachers will be examined by the concerned board. DEO has got the responsibility of this. Now the newly selected teachers have received provisional appointment letters, on which there is no school allotment. Certificates of more than 6 thousand teachers will be verified in the district. DEO Ajay Kumar Singh said that the teachers’ certificates will be sent to the board from which they are for verification. A proposal has been made regarding the process of sending certificates online.

School allocation will be random on the basis of vacancy.

Allocation of schools will be done randomly on the basis of vacancy sent from the districts. Appointment letters will be sent to the districts on the site, which will be printed in the district. Appointment letter will be issued according to roll number.

Verify teachers’ certificates soon

The Education Department has instructed all the District Education Officers to immediately start the verification of certificates of teachers selected by Bihar Public Service Commission. The department has said in a letter written to the districts that the process of posting the selected teachers is going on. Meanwhile, start verification of certificates on time, so that there is no delay in this work.

Director of Secondary Education Kanhaiya Prasad Srivastava has written a letter to all the districts. He has said that one lakh nine thousand teachers have been given provisional appointment letters by the districts after counselling. In the light of Bihar State School Teacher Appointment Rules 2023, it is necessary to get the certificates of these teachers verified. It is known that the districts have been instructed to immediately take the service of new teachers by sending them to the village schools. In this light, action has been taken by the districts.
