SSC Constable GD Recruitment 2024: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has invited online applications for 26,146 General Duty Constable posts. SSC has started the application process on the website ssc.nic.in by releasing the official notification. As per the official SSC GD notification released on November 18, the application process started on November 24 and will end on December 28.
SSC has also released SSC GD Syllabus 2024 with the official notification. Through this recruitment, recruitment will be done for the posts of Constable (General Duty) in BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB, SSF, Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles (AR) and Constable in NIA.
Exams will be held on this day
SSC GD written exam will be held on 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29 February and 1, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 2024 March. Admit card for the examination will be released shortly before the commencement of the examination.

First of all, let us tell the candidates that the selection of candidates for the posts of Constable GD will be done on the basis of Computer Based Examination (CBE), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), Medical Test and Documents Verification. The computer based examination will be conducted for a total of 160 marks. Whose time will be 60 minutes. Along with this, 0.50 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

Let us tell you, all the questions asked in the examination will be of objective multiple choice type. If the candidate is not physically and medically fit, then it is advisable for the candidates to not only work hard for the exam but also keep themselves fit through exercises to pass the physical and medical test.
