Allahabad High Court has directed the candidates to declare the result afresh by giving grace mark to the petitioners in lieu of two wrong questions of UPTET 2021 and one mark each to the petitioners for two questions of UP TET 2019. Justice Piyush Aggarwal has given this order after hearing the petition of UPTET 2021 candidate Mamta Yadav and 101 others and advocate Anurag Agrahari and others on the petition of Mukesh Chaturvedi. On February 2, the court had given the same order in the petitions of 230 candidates including Pragati Aggarwal and 15 others and in the petitions of 727 candidates including Akhilesh and 14 others of TET 2019. In these cases also, the position of the petitioners was similar, hence the court disposed of the petitions in the light of Pragati Aggarwal case.
Advocate Anurag Agrahari of the petitioners said that in the case of Mohammad Rizwan, the questions on which mistakes were found in the court and the order to give grace marks were made, the same questions have been included in the 2021 examination, hence the petitioners will also get the same relief. Are entitled to receive. The government said that the questions are decided by experts and the court cannot be an expert. Also, the petitioners who have not objected to the answer key do not have the right to get relief. Wrong questions from the previous examination have been taken again in this examination, this mistake was accepted by the government. The questions which were ranked 16 and 131 in the previous exam, are ranked 8 and 141 in the 2021 exam. The court has directed to give grace marks to both the questions.
Questions 83 and 144 were not found correct in the 2019 exam. The court has directed to give one mark each to the petitioners on the basis of Ranvijay Singh case decided by the Supreme Court. The court refused to interfere on other questions due to lack of sufficient doubt.
